Laurie's mediums include watercolor and oil.   

Besides her involvement with Superior Artists Gallery, Laurie is also an actress who starred in a 2-person play, "The Old Ladies Guide to Survival", in the summer of 2004 at Stage North in Washburn, Wisconsin.  Her co-star was Gallery member Dora Kling.   Laurie also stared in the Truman Capote play "A Christmas Memory" at Stage North in December 2004.
