Stained Glass by Jan -- Bio

I have been working with stained glass for over 25 years.  Much of my work is by commission where I work with the customer and together we create the perfect window for their decor.  All of my windows are of my own design and I never repeat a design -- Each window is an original.

I love the beauty of the glass as the sun reflects through it.

I have also branched out into mosaics using the glass. I love to create mirrors, combining the glass with stones, shells and glass jewels.  I also create pictures by cutting the glass and making a mosaic to hang on the wall.  

My stained glass windows and other art are for sale on my web site, at the Artist's Palette in Manitowish Waters, WI and at various Superior Artists Gallery art shows .

I love the opportunity I have to create my art.  I'm thrilled that I can make stained glass for so many people.
